This March, we’re walking, giving and creating space for women - in support of those who need it most.

This month, The Female Mentoring Alliance is dedicating our platform to giving back.
Jess will be walking 60 miles to raise funds for Your Sanctuary, we’re hosting an Auction of Promises to increase impact, and we’re gifting 10 hours of 1:1 coaching to women who need clarity and support in their careers.

One month. Three ways to make a difference.

60 Miles for Safety

Throughout March, Jess will walk 60 miles to raise funds for Your Sanctuary, a Surrey-based charity supporting survivors of domestic abuse.

Your Sanctuary's mission is to offer sanctuary, support and empowerment to anyone affected by Domestic Abuse and enable children to be seen, heard and validated. They challenge mind sets to change attitudes and facilitate informed choices

Every mile walked is in honour of survivors rebuilding safety, confidence and independence.

Our goal: ÂŁ1500 by 31 March.

Auction of Promises

Throughout March, we are auctioning a small number of promise donated by our community. Every winning bid goes directly towards our fundraising target in support of Your Sanctuary.  Bidding closes at midnight on 31 March.

International Women’s Day Coaching Gift

Each year, Jess gifts 10 hours of private coaching to women seeking clarity, confidence and direction in their careers.

To mark International Women’s Day, applications are now open for a complimentary 60-minute coaching session.

What this is

  • A focused 60-minute coaching session (career + work-life clarity).

  • A space to untangle what feels heavy, get clear on your next step, and leave with practical actions.

  • Support that’s grounded, strategic, and human — no fluff, no judgement.

What we can work on

  • Overwhelm, overthinking, and feeling constantly ‘on the back foot’

  • Confidence, visibility, and how to advocate for yourself at work

  • Navigating change: new role, promotion, restructure, return-to-work

  • Boundaries, decision-making, and reducing the mental load

  • Building your ‘tribe’ at work: sponsors, peers, and safe sounding boards

How it works

  • If you’re selected, you’ll receive available time slots (shared by email/DM).

  • Sessions will take place online (Zoom).

  • If you’re not selected this round, you’ll be offered the option to join the waitlist for future gifted hours.

While these sessions are gifted, if you are in a position to do so, we gently invite you to consider supporting the March fundraising campaign.
