Free 1:1 Career Coaching Hour

 

10 Hours Gifted Each Year.

Every year, I gift 10 hours of coaching to women who want to feel clearer, calmer, and more supported in their careers. It’s my way of celebrating the power of women in community - and creating a little more space for you to think, breathe, and lead yourself well.

This March, to mark International Women’s Day, I’m opening up a block of free 60-minute coaching hours. You can apply below for a your space.

What this is

  • A focused 60-minute coaching session (career + work-life clarity).

  • A space to untangle what feels heavy, get clear on your next step, and leave with practical actions.

  • Support that’s grounded, strategic, and human — no fluff, no judgement.

What we can work on

  • Overwhelm, overthinking, and feeling constantly ‘on the back foot’

  • Confidence, visibility, and how to advocate for yourself at work

  • Navigating change: new role, promotion, restructure, return-to-work

  • Boundaries, decision-making, and reducing the mental load

  • Building your ‘tribe’ at work: sponsors, peers, and safe sounding boards

How it works

  • Complete the short application form below.

  • If you’re selected, you’ll receive available time slots (shared by email/DM).

  • Sessions will take place online (Zoom).

  • If you’re not selected this round, you’ll be offered the option to join the waitlist for future gifted hours.

While these sessions are gifted, if you are in a position to do so, we gently invite you to consider supporting the March fundraising campaign.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility: This giveaway is for women who have **not** previously worked with me in a paid capacity (1:1 coaching, group programme, or paid training).
  • One session per person: The gifted coaching is **one (1) x 60-minute session**.
  • Selection: Applications are reviewed and then added into a draw for random selection. Submitting an application does not guarantee a session.
  • Scheduling: If selected, you’ll be offered a choice of available time slots. All sessions are held online via Zoom.
  • Time limits: The session must be booked and taken within the dates communicated in your selection email (unless otherwise agreed).
  • No transfers: Sessions are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Missed sessions may be forfeited.
  • Scope: Coaching is career-focused and educational. It is not therapy, medical advice, or legal/financial advice.
  • Privacy: Your application is confidential and used only for the purpose of administering this giveaway. (Add your privacy policy link here.)
